If you wish to access the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) service before you point your DNS to Umbrella Host, you can use the hostname of our FTP service directly.
For Linux and Windows, please use: ftp.yourdomain.com
For Managed WordPress, please use: ftp.yourdomain.com
Replace: ftp.yourdomain.com with the one listed in the hosting account panel.
To view your FTP hostname, head to Manage Hosting and select the hosting package you need the FTP hostname for.
In the FTP Details section on the right-hand side, you’ll then see the FTP Server which shows your FTP hostname for connecting via FTP.
